Worry doesn’t have to control your nights or your mind. When anxious thoughts keep circling, God’s Word becomes the anchor that steadies you. Remember, Jesus already spoke into your situation, so tonight, you can rest knowing He’s still in control.

Hi Friend!
You know those nights when your mind won’t stop racing? You’re tired, but your thoughts won’t quiet down. What if this happens? What if that doesn’t work out? Before you know it, hours have passed, and peace of mind feels far away.
I believe Matthew 6:34 is just the reminder that you need today: “Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself.” Jesus isn’t ignoring what's going on in your mind or in your life; He’s asking you to hand them over. Worry is what keeps you stuck in a loop that only faith can break you free from.
If you're wrestling with anxious thoughts and they're trying to steal your rest, speak the Word out loud. It’s your best weapon in the midnight hour. Repeat that Scripture. Pray it, even if it’s just a few words. The power of fear breaks when you choose faith instead of settling for rumination. The same God who watches over you in daylight is the same God guarding you through the night.
Three Takeaways to Remember about Worry:
Worry grows when you replay the problem. A sound mind grows when you repeat God’s Word.
Nighttime battles are real, but so is the power of prayer in the dark.
You rest best when you trust that God is already in your tomorrow.
Today’s Verse:
Matthew 6:34 — “Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself.”
Let’s Talk About It:
What would your nights look like if you started turning your worries into prayers and trusted God to handle what you can't?
Blessings,
Jessica
